If it's true that, on average, men do better at spatial tasks, it seems like this would be one of those tests where men should do better.

Good God. I was feeling very pleased with myself having passed level 20 (damn that game is addictive), only to look at the stats and see that someone or perhaps multiple someones have solved at least up to level 60.
